Streamlined Manufacturing Process
Material Preparation & Sub-Assembly
Raw materials — steel, light concrete, and finishes — are procured in bulk, inspected, and prepared under controlled conditions. Key building systems (plumbing walls, electrical chases, façade components) are fabricated as sub-assemblies, ready to integrate seamlessly into the modules.
Module Fabrication
Each module is constructed on an assembly line, similar to advanced manufacturing. Framing, insulation, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems, and interior finishes are installed step by step, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Fit-Out & Detailing
Unlike many competitors who ship incomplete boxes, we maximize in-factory fit-out. This includes kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC units, flooring, and finishes — ensuring modules arrive on-site nearly move-in ready.
Final Inspection & Wrapping
Before leaving the factory, every module undergoes comprehensive inspections and is wrapped in weatherproof protection. This ensures safe transport and minimizes on-site rework.
